He has worked with and trained under the world’s leading master herbalists and nutrition and longevity experts in Costa Rica, Australia, Bali, China, and America.
He realized early on that there didn’t exist a school in the world that would be able to teach the full spectrum of health knowledge, combining ancient indigenous health system, modern cutting edge research, and everything in-between. Nutrition schools rarely incorporate ancient health knowledge and fresh off the press scientific studies often take years to make it into the educational system or the mainstream health world. He felt that this complete range of knowledge was essential for optimal health and longevity, so he sought out the knowledge wherever he could find it.
He has developed products internationally and given lectures on peak performance nutrition in Australia, Bali, America, France, and the US. His years of experience in this unique arena have allowed him to cultivate an unparalleled combination of advanced nutritional and culinary expertise. Sage has started tonic elixir bars in 5-star luxury hotels in Paris and Sydney serving longevity elixirs disguised as gourmet treats, introducing the novel concept of healthy indulgences to the market of world travelers.
In 2014, Sage and his life partner AnnaBlanca co-founded Addictive Wellness, bringing to market the sugar-free adaptogen-enhanced heirloom chocolates that he had been developing for many years. They have since expanded the product line to include delicious and potent Elixir Blends, premium individual superherb extracts, and cacao products. Their products are sold in hundreds of stores across the country and have gained a worldwide following.
